TINY HOUSE – let there be light

It is the darkest time of the year and darn if doesn’t make it difficult to get stuff done – like tiny house construction. But when its so dark outside, isn’t it great to let some light in. This was the month of glazing, and by golly I got them all in! I managed to install the windows (all nine of them), skylights (all two of them), and the door (I think it should count as two) over the last month (with help). Now my tiny house is less like a box and more like a home. Yay for progress! And light!!

To celebrate the winter solstice and our slow return to brighter lighter days, here is a photo montage of all the glazing glory.

Hope you all have the happiest of holidays and a very merry new year!

Thanks for reading!

  1. Yay! Rene this is terrific! Good to see you, albeit briefly last week. Can’t wait to see what you do to the inside.

What do you think?
